SUBSTRATES ISOLATION CARRIERS

Due to their low-inductance properties, ceramic heat-conducting the substrates serve as insulators in the first instance. They allow galvanic isolation while providing excellent thermal conduction properties with corrosion and wear resistance. In addition, alumina ceramic is pressure resistant up to 4,000 MPa and stable up to service temperatures of 1000 to 1500 degrees Celsius Thick film metallized substrates have been developed by combining proven ceramic materials and thick film metallization technology. Various patterning technologies allow us to support custom-made requirements.
