Further expansion of our SMD production department with a 5th high speed Yamaha YSM20R 10Head SMD machine, bringing the total number of SMD machines to 9

BHC has installed its ninth SMD Pick and Place machine. This is the fifth high-speed Yamaha SMD YSM20R due to significant growth.

The market is experiencing increasing demand for larger-volume EMS products due to the relocation of production from low-wage countries. Therefore, the decision has been made to expand the current SMD assembly line with a completely new, additional high-speed Yamaha production line. This investment provides us with more capacity to meet the high demand. This brings the total to nine pick-and-place machines, and the end is not yet in sight. A 3D AOI has also been purchased and will be installed in Q3. More on this later.
