Due to the increasing demand for LED engines for the Horti market, it is necessary to expand the latest SMD assembly line with a 3rd in Pick and Place machine from the Yamaha brand. Thanks to this investment, we have 30% more capacity on this line. That brings the total to 7 Pick and Place machines and the end is not yet in sight.
That is also the reason why we are not only investing in our location in ‘s-Heerenberg, but we are also going to fully automate the assembly of the entire lamps in Doetinchem. The first assembly line was ordered last year and is now being installed and due to the growth a second line has now also been ordered.
