Expansion of existing production line for wave soldering printed circuit boards in ‘s-Heerenberg location
The increasing demand from the market to do more production locally has made us decide to expand our wave solder production lines with a SEHO Powerwave 3.0. Thanks to this investment, we have a greater capacity and production is at a higher level. OEM companies are going to bring more and more production back to the Netherlands and ask if we can unburden them.
SEHO PowerWave 3.0 the powerful system for medium to large production volumes provided by KVMS
With the PowerWave wave soldering system, you realize a machine concept that offers remarkable performance at the same time as low investment costs. Complex SMD cards are soldered just as reliably as conventional assemblies – thanks to the current soldering nozzle geometries and a flexible preheating area. The modular construction of SEHO PowerWave offers the ideal concept for all production requirements and makes it possible to integrate the machine into existing fully automatic lines.
Your advantages at a glance:
excellent and compact machine design, technically equipped like the large systems
flexible configuration, tailored to your production requirements
ATS spray fluxer for cost effective and accurate flux deposition
variable and powerful preheating area with convection, infrared and quartz
individually configurable soldering area – ideally suited for lead-free applications
new and up-to-date single or double soldering nozzle technology for SMT and THT assemblies
local nitrogen inertia of the solder waves
up-to-date control unit with PC for easy and fast programming
with flexible solder frame conveyor, or finger conveyor for direct processing of PCB or solder mask
